PRIVACY POLICY
OpenMed ensures that the processing of personal data received by e-mail or electronic forms, even during registration, is in conformity with the provisions of current Italian legislation on privacy (d.lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n.196).
In particular, they will not be given to third parties, and shall be used exclusively for communications relating to the services provided by this portal.
The personal data will be used exclusively for carrying out activities referred to in Article 24 of the Privacy Code, for which it’s not required the consent of the person concerned.
The rights are specified in Article 7 of the Privacy Code and may be exercised by informal request, by registered letter, fax or e-mail (art. 9 del d.lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n.196) to the owner or manager of the Association.
The data controller is the Legal Representative of OpenMed.
The Controllers is the Board of the Association to which the person concerned can contact to request information relating solely to personal information.
